My Teaching Philosophy💓

I do not believe that I have almost achieved my dream. My dream is to be a teacher. I told everyone that I wanted to be a teacher. I want to teach others. Every teacher has their own teaching philosophy in their lives. Sharing knowledge with others is my teaching philosophy. I believe the knowledge we have, we should share with others. Although it is a small thing, I think it will affect one’s knowledge. As a teacher, we should share our knowledge with people around the world, especially our students. I like to share tips or notes that help others understand the topic. I remember during high school, I was a tutor to teach my friends. I am happy because I made them understand my explanation. While studying at UPSI, I also taught math and chemistry to my cousins during the semester break. I share my notes and videos on YouTube which may help them understand more.

Other than that, my teaching philosophy I hold in my life is, do not let students lag behind in education. The meaning of this philosophy is that everyone should have the opportunity to gain knowledge. If I were a teacher, I would make sure all students acquire knowledge during my class. If some students do not understand the learning of the day, I will help them and provide the easiest method to make them understand. We know that every student has a different level of learning comprehension. Some students easily understand what their teacher is teaching, but some students need more explanation to better understand the topic. So this is what I mean by no one being left behind. Teachers should pay attention to students who need more explanation and do not prioritize smart students only.

overall, it can be said that the philosophy of teaching helps us to be excellent educators. the philosophy of teaching also makes education better because every educator wants the best to apply their philosophy of teaching in their class.💓
