My career development plan

My career development plan 💓

    For the upcoming 2 years, I have planned my journey.😊 After graduate, I will collect experience in the teaching field. If I'm not getting my job career as a teacher in school, I will apply as a substitute teacher. This will enhance my skills in school. I will manage to handle the schools. I can see that all my aunties before they become a permanent teacher in Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (KPM), they work as a substitute teacher. They show their skill in teaching until they get a job. Therefore, I need to try my best to show my skill. I also make my aunty as my idol because I see her journey to become a teacher. It is not an easy way but that is not impossible. 

    Other than that, I also plan, I want to open my own private tuition. I love teaching others.💛 Teaching makes me become happy. Helping others to gain knowledge is my mission in my life. I want they to succeed in their life. After I gained experience as a substitute teacher or tuition teacher, I want to continue my studies in Master and PhD. I really want to continue my studies until PhD because I want to gain knowledge and experience doing research as much as I can. 

    I am amazed by all my lecturer in UPSI because most of them continuing their studies in PhD under scholarship. I asked my lecturer, Dr Aishah how to get a scholarship and she shared a few tips with me. She said we should not give during our studies. Having mental breakdown, stress and cry are normal things during studies. We should take a break to release our stress but after that wake-up💪 and do your best to finish the journey to get a PhD. 

    After I get my PhD, I want to apply as a lecturer. I don't mind become a teacher or lecturer as long as I can teach others to gain their knowledge. Other than that, I can see that if we be a lecturer we can do a research. There are a lot of things that I want to know and do research in this world. I really hope I can gain this opportunity.🙆
